It looks like Ben Epstein has found himself in the middle of a love triangle. Who should he choose, his ex Rachel played by Lake Bell, or Julie played by Margarita Levieva?

They need to keep the ex dynamic going on with with Rachel and Ben. Totally relatable.
Also, the dynamic that Rachel has going on with her new boyfriend (can’t remember his name) is a good one for the show. They should play that out a little longer in season 2.
Many shows don’t allow the storylines to flesh out enough. I guess the showrunners/writers, etc. don’t want to bore the audience, so they change things up. Don’t make that mistake with this show. Allow it to breath before taking it into a totally different direction. We like what you’ve shown us so far.

Julie, without a doubt. She’s cuter, sexier, more fun, and just a better fit for Ben and a great character to have in the show.
And the ex girlfriend dynamic is good, as people have said.
And while I don’t like Darren, he seems like there’s a lot more to him than meets the eye; and perhaps Rachel should stay with him for longer so the show can explore this.

Gotta be Julie.. GOTTA BE! I like rachel’s character but she’s not as hot as Julie. Can he hook up with Shannyn Sossamon, cause she is beautiful too. I hope we get a season 2 of this show. I need it to be a little more rated R though.

Writers, listen up. Julie needs to become more central in the next season.
…But something tells me they’ve already thought of this. Margarita Levieva is definitely an up-and-comer. I don’t think her agent would encourage her to do a three episode supporting role unless the character had a future in later episodes. I think we’ll be seeing more of Julie… Although, this character needs to be a little more of a chase. If she’s too easy, she’ll bore the audience as much as she bores Ben Epstein. Make this chick interesting.
And with that being said, I think we’ll be seeing more of Margarita Levieva. Chick is a star. I actually sat through “Spread” just because Margarita was so damn alluring. And she’s a good actor. She’s got a future.

Julie all the way. I only started liking Rachel in the finale. I liked Julie the moment I saw her. She is a much better choice for Ben. Rachel had a good going away moment in the finale. If she comes back, that’s okay, but don’t put her with Ben. IMHO.

I loooove Rachel, and you can tell Ben’s character does, too. But, for a more interesting plot line it definitely seems like Julie is the way to go. Rachel has to linger (and come back!)

Look at Rachel’s abs in that photo you can tell she works hard for those. She has a gorgeous smile and beautifully exotic eyes. Although she does give Ben the run around that is what makes the show interesting. Please everyone give this girl a break.

Rachel seems too demanding, I also think Ben changes himself for her, so she’s not a good choice if he’s going to move forward. Julie just seems a bit boring, he should be with a girl who’s more like him.
