Meet Margarita Levieva

Episode 6 of "How to Make It in America" introduced Ben Epstein's new love interest Julie, also know as Margarita Levieva.

Margarita was born in Leningrad, Russia. At an early age, she began the rigorous training of a competitive gymnast that let her to becoming a member of the Russian rhythmic gymnastics Olympic team.

When she was 11, Levieva's mother moved her to Brooklyn in New York City. Levieva majored in economics at NYU and worked as a fashion buyer. Her continuing interest in acting led her to be accepted into the Meisner Training Program at the William Esper Studio. She got her first big break with a staring role in the t.v. series "Vanished," and her breakout movie role in "Spread" playing opposite Ashton Kutcher.
